The customer can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, receiving a 100% refund of the total amount. Guests will be charged 50% of the total reservation if they cancel within 7 days of arrival. If the guest does not show up, the total amount of the reservation will be retained. We facilitate full prepayment before the guest's arrival using PayPal's electronic payment service.

A security deposit of €100 will be required upon arrival. We are confident that you will take good care of the property, but in the event of damage, please be aware that part of this deposit may need to be retained to cover repair costs.
