Cancellation policy

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Guests will be charged 50% of the total reservation if they cancel within 7 days of arrival. If they fail to show up, they will be charged the full reservation amount. From June to September, the balance must be paid 14 days before arrival. Failure to pay will be considered a cancellation, and any advance payments will be retained, making the property available to other guests. We facilitate full prepayment before the guest's arrival using PayPal's electronic payment service.

A security deposit of €100 will be required upon arrival. We are confident that you will take good care of the property, but in the event of damage, please be aware that part of this deposit may need to be retained to cover repair costs.
